I first had a healing with Kristy 2 weeks ago. I was going through the most miserable time in my life and had been depressed for months, with nothing going right. I am a true skeptic and tried healing as a last resort. Kristy cleaned my Chakras and listened to me as I poured my heart out. I felt strangely emotional and very hot throughout the healing, as if something was happening. A few days later, things in my life started changing. Good stuff happened, things started going right for the first time in 8 months and I was attracting positivity. I saw Kristy about a week later and felt on top of the world. I was smiling and radiating positive energy. Not only did I feel different, but other people were noticing an obvious change too.

Kristy has done a healing with me to help with my sugar cravings. While they aren’t completely gone, they are so much less intense. I used to eat 6 Tim Tams with 3 sugary coffees every afternoon/night, now I am happy with a couple of digestives and 1 cup of tea. I’m no longer seeking sugar after every meal. I will admit that a bit of restraint is involved, but it feels much easier to resist than in the past. Kristy is so compassionate and really does her best to get to the root of the problem.
